Toward the end of your project, your project director will be in touch to discuss your aftercare needs and build your Zencare package.
Prepare Programme

Schedule your 6 surveys over a 3-year timeframe at a schedule that suits your needs. We’ll be in touch before the survey to confirm the appointment.

Following each survey, your aftercare manager will prepare and present a comprehensive report, along with relevant recommendations.
Review Reports

Any works covered by warranty will be arranged and managed without any further input needed from you. Non-warranty works will be chargeable.
Commission Works

If no works are required, we’ll be in touch shortly before your next survey. We’ll also be available for you at all times if you have any other workspace issues.
